Base pay: $23.00/hr – $25.00/hr. Full‑time. Shift premiums: $1.50 for 2nd shift, $3.00 for 3rd shift. Shift options: 2nd Shift: Mon – Fri, 2 PM – 11 PM | 3rd Shift: Sun – Thu, 10 PM – 7 AM.
Role & Responsibilities
Drive equipment efficiency by operating and monitoring packing and production machines.
Engage in changeovers, setups, and performance adjustments.
Troubleshoot mechanical challenges and undertake preventive maintenance.
Collaborate with colleagues from various teams for optimal machinery output.
Maintain safety by adhering to OSHA, GMP, SQF, and HACCP standards.
Track production metrics and report through CMMS (EAM).
What We Value
1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, ideally in high‑speed settings.
Skilled at mechanical repairs and detailed problem‑solving.
Experience with high‑speed equipment and maintenance tools.
A technical certification is a plus.
Your Skillset
Expert in equipment troubleshooting and production setups.
Machine blueprint interpretation.
Technologies You’ll Use
Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) like Allen Bradley.
