Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manufacturing or Principal Manufacturing Engineer for the Sentinel program located in Roy, UT. The role supports fabrication, assembly, system integration, and testing of hardware, and involves coordinating with Global Supply Chain and cross-functional teams to drive material procurement and deployment. What You’ll Get To Do

Author and create Product Release Documents (PRD), Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM), Work Instructions, PPP & BTP packages. Coordinate with Global Supply Chain to move installation packages and related engineering documents through process flow to drive material procurement. Assist in peer reviews of design releases to ensure first-time quality. Interface with cross-functional internal and external teams and stakeholders critical to system deployment and installation. Oversee and drive progress using metrics and lessons learned. Author and assist in creating comprehensive and detailed work instructions for multiple system locations supporting system deployment and success. Job Benefits

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

Manufacturing Engineer: Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; Master's Degree with 0 years (4 additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree). Must have 2 years of experience in a digital manufacturing environment using core systems. Principal Manufacturing Engineer: Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience; Master's Degree with 3 years; or PhD with 0 years. 4 additional years may be substituted in lieu of a degree. Must have 3 years of experience in a digital manufacturing environment using core systems. Required For Both Levels

Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time. Previous experience working on manufacturing engineering for EMD/LRIP/Production Programs. These Qualifications Would Be Nice To Have

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in STEM or manufacturing engineering. Previous experience in production for a military program or on EMD projects. Experience with Inter-Continental Ballistic Missiles (ICBM), and with Siemens NX tools, Model-based engineering, and MES. Experience with SAP, Windows software, and other electronic databases. Salary ranges: Primary $70,200.00 – $105,400.00; Secondary $86,600.00 – $130,000.00. This reflects a general guideline; actual offers consider scope, responsibilities, candidate experience, and market conditions. Overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonuses may apply.
