Install, set up, repair and perform ongoing maintenance of vending, cooling and/or fountain equipment at customer accounts. Diagnose equipment problems and determine whether to repair or replace components, working independently with frequent customer contact. Prioritize and schedule service and preventive maintenance calls to meet customer service windows. Drive to locations, evaluate situations and perform necessary work (may include plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, carpentry). Transport miscellaneous items (e.g., compressors for repair/scrap, cardboard for recycle, etc.). Unload and reload products as necessary and maintain parts inventory on the service truck. Establish positive relationships with contacts at service calls and complete paperwork after each call (and every two hours as required). Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements; may require lifting, carrying, pulling and/or moving between 20 and 45 pounds repeatedly and working in confined spaces or low positions. Some units may weigh 800-1200 pounds. Basic Qualifications

18 years or older 21 years or older if CDL required Valid U.S. CDL license with Non-Excepted Interstate Status (if applicable) Pass DOT Physical and DOT Road-test (if required) and adhere to DOT Regulations Senior technician requires refrigeration certification; ability to pass refrigeration Type I/Type II practices (if applicable) Ability to communicate effectively in English if CDL required Helpful Experience

Working with mechanical systems and basic appliance repair (plumbing, electrical, hand tools, power tools) Serving customers and resolving issues, including communication with store managers Working with basic refrigeration and electrical systems Understanding plumbing concepts (drains, water supply, ice makers, shut-off valves, filtration) Generating and setting work schedules and coordinating priorities Equipment installation (HVAC, refrigeration, auto, fountain products, etc.) Equal Opportunity and EEO
