Accelerated Development Program – Engineering Trane Technologies Accelerated Development Programs (ADPs) provide recent college graduates with challenging assignments, leadership training and valuable exposure to our company’s senior leaders. Through rotations and experiences in multiple geographic and business locations, you will build diverse skill sets and a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career with Trane Technologies. These assignments are strategically chosen to ensure your continuous learning and personal development. Electrical Engineering ADP

members will develop a solid engineering foundation with skills in key areas including Modeling & Simulation, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Product Management, Product Validation & Testing, and New Technology Development. Assignments are strategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development. The Electrical Engineering ADP experience will have rotations with onsite and hybrid expectations. Locations are determined by the needs of the business. Onsite: physical presence at your assigned work location required 5 days per week. Hybrid: physical presence at your assigned work location required 3 days per week. Our Accelerated Development Program in Engineering has three rotations Product line assignment (12 months, Quality and Reliability, Value Analysis/Engineering and Productivity) for existing product improvements Cross-functional experience (6 months) Project-based assignment (12 months, New Product Development) The program can include up to two physical moves. Relocation assistance is provided for new work locations where the distance is at least 50 miles. What you will bring

Responsibilities BS/MS in Electrical Engineering preferred. Degree must be completed prior to program start with a required GPA of 3.0 or above. Demonstrated leadership skills: minimum of two examples such as: School club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc., or leadership of work projects. Work Experience: Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience. Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances. Eagerly and proactively seek new information, skills, and experiences, capitalizing on learning opportunities. Works effectively with others to coordinate efforts and produce results in a positive work environment. Motivated to leverage key learnings and experiences to grow your own career while contributing to the growth of Trane Technologies. Owns, organizes, and collaborates with teams to successfully execute complex projects. Proficient at diving deep into an assignment to fully grasp the engineering and technical core concepts to deliver innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. Remain geographically flexible both during and after completion of the program. U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $78,500 Note:

Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed. Benefits:
