The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and a proven ability to provide accurate and timely estimates. They focus on delivering high-quality residential construction projects and are recognized for their commitment to excellence in NYC. Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential construction projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to gather essential project details. Analyze project plans, specifications, and material requirements to develop comprehensive estimates. Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining project quality and timelines. Monitor and update cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle as needed. Maintain detailed records of all estimates and related documentation. Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and market conditions to ensure competitive bids. General knowledge of building and construction codes. Qualifications

A strong understanding of residential construction processes and cost estimation techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate project requirements. Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for cost estimation and project planning. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
