Lead quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for large healthcare and commercial projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure full scope coverage Manage hard-bid proposals and preconstruction deliverables for public and private clients Interface with project managers, clients, and design teams to clarify scope and pricing assumptions Support procurement, bid strategy, value engineering, and cost tracking Maintain relationships with local subcontractors across Alabama and Tennessee Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
