Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation—making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.
Marvin Replacement is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead installation performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience in the assigned market. This role is responsible for final measurements, accurate job costing, on-site project management, and ensuring compliance with licensing requirements across municipalities. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader with strong construction experience and a passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
Highlights of your role
Conduct final measurements for windows and doors, ensuring accuracy in sizing, materials, and labor costs.
Serve as the qualifying agent for Marvin Replacement, maintaining all required licenses in the assigned market.
Be the first point of contact on-site for every assigned job, setting expectations with homeowners and installation teams.
Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors (Installation, Staining, Specialty) to meet market metrics.
Communicate job specifics to installation crews and provide support throughout the project lifecycle.
Allocate materials and job cost labor rates accurately.
Review complex projects prior to order submission to minimize errors.
Resolve project and customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Conduct job completion walk‑throughs with homeowners, ensuring satisfaction and proper documentation.
Audit installations regularly to ensure compliance with Marvin Replacement standards.
Provide training and feedback to operations and sales teams.
Train new installation crews and reinforce standard practices.
Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
Create and monitor purchase orders with precision.
Facilitate communication on specialty products and ensure timely paperwork submission.
Maintain clear and professional communication across teams.
Support operations in developing procedures and documentation, including EPA lead firm practices.
Identify and address skill gaps through training initiatives.
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years of construction experience, preferably in home improvement or window replacement.
At least 2 years of customer‑facing experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant technologies.
Strong understanding of construction documents, methods, and installation techniques.
Familiarity with local permitting processes or willingness to learn.
Ability to lift 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and navigate ladders/stairs.
