Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandler, AZ. The position involves working with semiconductor material-based detectors with PIN and APD structures, specializing in Silicon, InAs, InGaAs, InAsSb, InAs/GaSb T2SL, and InAs/InAsSb T2SL. Responsibilities include day-to-day tasks such as handling materials, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control of materials, as well as applying analytical skills to assess material properties and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Ability to design, process, and characterize device and material properties.
Master’s or PhD (preferably) degree in Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
2+ years of experience with at least one material from Silicon, InAs, InGaAs, InAsSb, InAs/GaSb T2SL, and InAs/InAsSb T2SL.
Experience in the semiconductor or optoelectronic industry is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
