Where You’ll Make a Difference

Lead and develop the site engineering team, fostering innovation and operational excellence.

Develop and implement a comprehensive Engineering and Automation strategy for the site.

Align engineering strategies with operational goals through cross-functional collaboration.

Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.

Oversee capital projects from budgeting to execution, ensuring compliance and reliability.

Ensure governance of procedures and environmental compliance across the site.

Provide training and development to ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, EPA, OSHA).

Manage contractors and conduct supervisory responsibilities, including hiring and coaching.

Own and manage the PSM Mechanical Integrity program and participate in audits.

What Makes You The Right Fit

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with 10+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing.

Proven leadership in managing large capital projects and engineering teams.

Strong understanding of OSHA PSM regulations and experience in PSM-regulated environments.

Demonstrated success in driving manufacturing efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives.

Proficiency in SAP, ERP & CMMS systems; strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Knowledge of GMP, budgeting methods, and cost accounting.

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster innovation.

Strong project management skills, including cost estimating and implementation.

Experience with equipment design, DCS control systems, and process troubleshooting.

Salary Range: $142,000 - $177,500
