Salary Salary Range: $90,094 - $119,583 Closing Date Please note this role has a closing date of on or before 10/22/24 midnight MST. Responsibilities

Manage, monitor and coordinate SMS activities as directed, including the development, implementation, maintenance, and integration of the SMS throughout Frontier. Identify hazards and conduct safety risk assessments including change management. Ensure effectiveness of safety risk controls and promote safety. Advise the accountable executive on the performance of the SMS and on any need for improvement. Be accountable for achieving safety performance relative to job tasks and manage risk at the defined green level or lower as per Frontier’s risk matrix. Remove inoperative equipment from use, instruct proper tagging, and arrange repair or replacement. Monitor maintenance activities to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Determine work priorities on the shift and supervise maintenance performed on Frontier and contract aircraft. Provide timely and accurate information on aircraft status; determine job standards and evaluate productivity, safety habits, and workmanship. Review and evaluate maintenance performance and administer corrective action when necessary. Assist in formulation of departmental policy and in budgeting and performance commitments. Assist with shelf life audits and ensure tools and equipment meet safety standards. Conduct investigations and complete reports related to tools and lost items as needed. Perform computer and administrative tasks as assigned; identify opportunities for operational improvements and communicate them to management. Ensure adherence to airport and aircraft security regulations and report any violations. Perform shift turnover as required and audit aircraft records for accuracy and completeness. Make FMIS entries as required and ensure staff are trained and current to perform assigned tasks. Other duties as assigned by the Manager, Maintenance Control; follow approved procedures unless a deviation is authorized. Qualifications

FAA-certificated mechanic with Airframe and Powerplant ratings Requires 3 years of previous line maintenance experience Previous supervisory, lead or directing workforce experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
