Nuclear Medicine Technologist, PET/CT Scan, Baptist Downtown – Full-time, day shift. Located at Baptist Downtown, Jacksonville, FL. This role involves providing patients with radioactive medication and operating imaging technology to track the radiation within the patient’s body. Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with an on-call rotation every 8 weeks and holiday coverage as needed. This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus if hired. Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic procedures. Protect patients, self, and others from unnecessary/excessive radiation exposure. Comply with mandatory education and health requirements. Sterilize syringes, prepare patients for scans, and process image reports indicating disease presence (as applicable). Qualifications

Education Required: Vocational School (Associate's Degree preferred). Experience: Customer service experience; radioactive material experience; knowledge of Federal and State regulations; experience working in a hospital setting. License and Certification: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required; Registered Technologist in Nuclear Medicine ARRT (N) Required; Certified Nuclear Medical Technologist (CNMT) Required or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required; Licensed Nuclear Medical Technologist Required.
