Construction Superintendent
to lead field operations in the
Salt Lake City, Utah area . This individual will oversee project execution from foundation to finish, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards are consistently met—while mentoring teams and delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced, supportive environment. What You’ll Do as the Construction Superintendent
Lead and guide foremen and field crews to ensure safe, high-quality installation on commercial and infrastructure projects. Anticipate challenges and proactively implement cost-effective solutions without compromising standards. Oversee project schedules, documentation (daily logs, reports, change orders), subcontractor coordination, and client communications. Champion and enforce a strong safety culture—lead safety meetings, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement. Mentor foremen and team members to foster professional growth and promote operational excellence. Must-haves as the Construction Superintendent
10+ years of civil/sitework construction experience, with at least 5 years in supervisory or leadership positions. Proven expertise in large-scale earthwork and site development for commercial projects. Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, specs, contracts, and effectively setting grade. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Competency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Fieldwire, B2W, Bluebeam, MS Project). Solid knowledge of OSHA standards, building codes, and construction best practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making, managing multiple priorities under pressure. Nice-to-Haves as the Construction Superintendent
Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). OSHA 30, Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or LEED AP credentials. Offers
Competitive salary of
