Position Description LG Health Physicians Family Medicine Susquehanna is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. As part of a highly productive team, consisting of 5 physicians, 1 Nurse Practitioner and 1 Physician Assistant, delivery of comprehensive, quality care for patients of all ages – from newborns to geriatrics – is our specialty. FM Susquehanna has been a trusted healthcare partner with the local community for almost 45 years. The provider team emphasizes wellness and prevention, helps patients manage chronic conditions, provides timely care in the event of an illness or injury, and brings direct access to the most advanced treatment options.
Hours: Full-time position with 1 evening/week and Saturday morning rotation and holiday on-call rotation.

Minimum Requirements
Current Licensure as a Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner
Valid, unrestricted Federal Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) number
Participation as a provider in good standing in the Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare programs and such other third-party-payment programs, including managed care programs in which PMMG participates.
