Job Description

Treat on‑site injuries and coordinate referrals for external medical care as necessary.

Travel to various metals recycling locations to deliver care, training, and wellness programs.

Manage cases for injured workers and facilitate their return to work.

Conduct medical surveillance for all employees, including annual audiograms, spirometry, vision screenings, and lead testing.

Perform new hire pre‑employment drug and alcohol screenings and coordinate medical examinations.

Participate in ergonomics assessments and job hazard analyses.

Administer the company’s Drug and Alcohol program in accordance with policy.

Train employees in First Aid and CPR/AED to support medical response efforts.

Conduct training sessions on OSHA requirements, including Hearing Conservation, Workplace Violence, Ergonomics, and Heat Stress.

Provide advice on Workers’ Compensation claims as needed.

Manage FMLA administration and maintain HIPAA‑compliant documentation.

Deliver on regional health metrics and outcomes.

Purchase and maintain supplies for first aid clinics.

Develop and adhere to site budget expectations.

Enhance health outcomes by managing workplace health risks and advancing employee health and wellbeing.

Organize wellness and biometric screenings and health fairs.

Collaborate closely with Safety Coordinators to identify hazards and prevent injuries.

Essential Skills

Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Experience in occupational health, phlebotomy, and specimen collection.

Knowledge of workers' compensation and nursing clinical practices.

Experience in ICU, emergency, and medical‑surgical environments.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in med‑surg, emergency room, or ICU is preferred.

Understanding of workers' compensation processes.

Pay and Benefits

Pay range: $65,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year.

Benefits include base pay, quarterly Return on Assets (ROA) bonus, annual profit sharing, restricted stock units (RSUs), 401(k) match, comprehensive health coverage, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and well‑being programs.
