Role location and reporting
We’re seeking an experienced and collaborative
Project Manager – Healthcare Buildings
to join our team in Stockton, CA. You will be working out of the client’s site/office in Stockton, CA, reporting directly to the Sr. Project Manager and working alongside other Project and Construction Managers. You’ll be responsible for the overall project delivery and for the management of project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You will provide construction oversight and resolve complex project-related issues, disputes, and disagreements. As the onsite Owner’s Representative, you will oversee both progress and technical execution of the project.
Responsibilities
Liaison with IORs, Special Inspectors and other Authorities Having Jurisdiction (including HCAi) in collaboration with the Contractor Review and assist with the development of Project Delivery Plans, including QA/QC Plans, Safety Plans, Logistics Plans, etc. Coordinate with Healthcare Operations including Facilities Management, Community and Government Relations and Environmental Health & Safety Monitor and enforce compliance with ICRA/PCRA requirements as well as compliance with HCAi-related control measures Schedule updates, reviews and management Change order review Assist with Safety and Environmental Health issues

Qualifications
Here's what you'll need Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience or on-the-job training may be considered in lieu of a degree 7+ years of related construction project management experience with healthcare or other similarly complex construction building projects Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building Strong working knowledge in vendor procurements, change order negotiation, budget and schedule management, operational governances, client satisfaction and management
Ideally, You’ll Also Have
Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, or Professional Engineer (PE)
