Flexible We are seeking an Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant in Tampa for a full-desk (360), Account Executive-style role focused on the placement of Cloud Technology professionals. You will join a friendly, motivated, close-knit team of successful sales/recruitment consultants. What you will be responsible for Business development and relationship building by selling our staffing services to high-value clients, focusing on either permanent or contract/interim recruitment solutions. Generating leads, establishing new client relationships to increase job flow, maintaining existing client relationships, and managing the full-cycle candidate recruitment process to meet client needs. This is a client-facing, sales-driven role where a customer-centric approach is essential. How you will do this End-to-end sales life cycle management from discovery to closure. Developing new business relationships with clients via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Developing strategies to grow client base and implementing sales plans to target prospective clients and generate revenue. Facilitating in-depth client meetings to understand needs and tailor recruitment approaches. Negotiating terms of business with new clients. Full candidate recruitment process management: sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, arranging interviews, salary negotiation, and closing to place candidates successfully. Skills and experience we are looking for Previous outbound sales experience required; cold calling experience preferred. Ambitious individuals with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Ability to develop and form relationships at all levels of an organization. Driven and resilient individuals with an ongoing desire to improve. Compensation and benefits $37,000 - $54,000 Includes base salary of $37,000 and uncapped commission potential in Year 1, with overtime; earnings vary based on performance. Additional transportation allowance of $2,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), long and short term disability, life insurance, and 15 days of PTO in year 1.
