Primary Care Functional Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Coos Bay At OnePeak Medical, we are redefining primary care through a personalized, integrative model that blends traditional and functional medicine. With over 18 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care. Compensation & Benefits
Work-Life Balance: No nights or weekends, with minimal call (1 week/year, phone only) Provider-Focused & Strong Clinical Support: Administrative, coding, and billing support provided, with dedicated medical assistant and dictation support available Professional Training & Growth: Ongoing functional medicine training, opportunities for career advancement, and support for continuing education Compensation & Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance), 401(k) with 4% company match, up to 4 weeks PTO, and malpractice insurance covered by OnePeak Medical Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment Required Qualifications
Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain) Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience a plus) Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine Excellent communication and patient relationship skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus)
