SanStone Health & Rehabilitation . Stonecreek Health and Rehabilitation is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in Asheville, NC. We are seeking a RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team as the Unit Manager. Applicants must have an unrestricted RN or LPN license. Current CPR certification is required. Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the RN or LPN will plan, coordinate, provide and manage nursing care, services, and health education for residents. Sign-on bonus: $8,000, valid through 10/31/25. These positions require patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to care for residents in a gentle and empathetic manner. Responsibilities
Coordinate the nursing care of residents on the unit, ensuring all assigned staff can provide appropriate care. Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents. Transcribe and coordinate the implementation of physician orders accurately. Perform nursing assessments, notify the physician of changes in status, and promptly implement and document new orders. Develop and implement a plan of care based on assessments. Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a resident’s condition or prevent complications. Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
