Quality Lab Technician (Part-Time ? Full-Time)
Location: Ridgefield, NJ | Pay: $25/hour | Type: Temp-to-Perm
About the Role We’re seeking a Quality Lab Technician to join our growing nutrition company. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on lab work, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to play a key role in maintaining product quality and innovation in the nutrition and supplement industry.
What You’ll Do
Perform laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, in‑process samples, and finished products.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC, ICP, and other analytical instruments.
Support method development, validation, and documentation in compliance with cGMP, GLP, and FDA guidelines.
Partner with R&D teams on projects related to fermentation, nutrition, and solid‑dose formulation.
Record, review, and manage analytical data to ensure accuracy and traceability.
Maintain lab cleanliness, calibration schedules, and equipment logs.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of QC lab experience.
Hands‑on experience with HPLC, ICP, and method development.
Familiarity with cGMP, GLP, FDA, OSHA, and EPA lab safety protocols.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work efficiently in a production lab environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bonus: Chemistry graduates are encouraged to apply if they have relevant HPLC/ICP/method development experience.
