Bridge Engineer Responsibilities
Lead the design and production of bridge plans for ODOT and local agency projects.
Maintain quality control of the work product and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coach junior staff and collaborate with PEs across the firm.
Develop proposals and manage client relationships.
Support bridge inspection and load rating practices periodically.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent from an ABET-accredited program.
PE registration or ability to obtain licensure in Oklahoma within six months.
5+ years of experience in bridge design and/or inspection.
Proficiency in MicroStation and bridge design software is required; experience with Bentley software preferred.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of learning virtual collaboration tools.
