Role Responsibilities
Write tasks and scenarios reflecting real-world industrial engineering work based on professional experience.
Create realistic situations involving process optimization, production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
Develop scenarios for time studies, facility layout design, supply chain management, Six Sigma implementation, and waste reduction.
Review and evaluate AI responses to industrial engineering queries for accuracy and professional standards.
Provide detailed feedback on industrial engineering scenarios to improve AI training.
Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while contributing to AI research.
Qualifications
4+ years professional experience as an industrial engineer in manufacturing, production, or operations.
Demonstrated professional recognition and management responsibilities.
Proficient with using computers and navigating various software systems.
Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
Pass video interview, background check, training, and qualification quiz.
Preferred: 14 years experience.
Compensation & Legal
Hourly compensation, paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
Payments based on services rendered; contractors maintain full control over their work schedule and methods.
