Ivy Rehab Network . Position Summary: As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with many children from birth to age twenty-one. Our teammates are dedicated to treating young patients with individualized one-to-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions so they can carry skills and home exercises into daily life. Responsibilities As an outpatient pediatric clinician, provide high-quality pediatric OT services within the clinic setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; promote authentic family involvement; deliver patient-centered plans of care; support growth and autonomy for clinicians; contribute to world-class care across physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
Deliver outpatient pediatric occupational therapy to children from birth through age twenty-one.
Provide individualized, one-to-one treatments and customized plans of care.
Encourage parental/caregiver participation to support skills practice at home.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain professional growth and contribute to a culture of mentorship.
Position Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within the applicable state.
