Clarios . What you will do
Through the HR/Ops Rotational Program you will gain firsthand experience in operations by having roles in our battery manufacturing plants with a focus on people. You will be presented with diverse project responsibilities, engaging you in cross‑functional job experience and networking with all levels of Clarios leadership. The 2‑year program consists of 3 rotations in our US‑based facilities. Rotations include HR, Quality/EHS/Supply Chain, and Supervision. Possible locations include Geneva, IL; Portland, OR; Tampa, FL; St Joseph, MO; Toledo, OH. Graduates are placed in a manufacturing location upon completing the program, and assignments that continue to demand leadership excellence gained through the program enabling expedited career growth opportunities. Open to Undergraduate Seniors graduating in December 2025/May 2026 How you will do it
Ensure robust planning across plants and geographies, and work with cross‑functional teams. Influence local teams to improve their local processes and production. Develop working relationships with internal customers and product management teams. What we look for
Required
Ability to relocate every 8 months for 2 years – Mandatory. Bachelor's Degree preferred. 3 years' experience in lieu of bachelor's may be considered. Minimum of 1 year of work experience. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future. Preferred
