Overview
Principal Product Manager - Cloud Security. Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking an experienced Cloud Security Product Manager to lead the evolution of our cloud-native security offerings. You will define and execute product strategy across Zero Trust architecture, encryption, and data security. This role blends technical skill, strategic vision, and enterprise security acumen. Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term vision for OCI’s cloud security platform. Roadmap Ownership: Lead the product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization to delivery and iteration—ensuring alignment with customer and regulatory demands. Customer Advocacy: Engage with enterprise customers, security architects, partners, and regulators to shape feature priorities and make Oracle the most secure cloud. Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, go-to-market, and legal teams to ship secure-by-design tooling and launch compelling security capabilities. Competitive Insight: Monitor competitive offerings (AWS, Azure, GCP), emerging threat models, and compliance frameworks to guide OCI’s security differentiation. Qualifications
5+ years in product management or equivalent technical roles, with 2+ years specifically in cloud security or related domains. Deep understanding of cloud security principles: Zero Trust, IAM, encryption, isolation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001). Demonstrated experience translating complex security concepts into customer-friendly product designs and strategic priorities. Exceptional communication skills, capable of selling security value to technical and executive audiences alike. Experience engaging with enterprise-level customers, balancing strategic regulatory requirements and usability. Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on familiarity with OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP security tooling. Background in security engineering, threat modeling, or offensive security. Knowledge of Kubernetes (OKE), network security, and cloud-native security patterns. Legal and Benefits Information

US: Hiring Range in USD from $92,900 - $199,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity. Benefits:
