CACI International Inc Job Category: Logistics Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst (SLA) to support the USFFC Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract within Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, Pacific (NECCPAC) N41 activities located in San Diego, CA. The SLA will be responsible for assessing, identifying gaps in performance, providing analysis, and initiating solutions to resolve supply discrepancies. The SLA will make extensive use of R-Supply (Patriot) and Continuous Monitoring Program (CMP) to assist in training towards resolution processes. The SLA will also make extensive use of various Navy Logistics websites to analyze logistics data. Responsibilities
Provide R-Supply (Unit Level) assistance and training to Supply Department / Stock Control divisions at commands assigned to NECC. Conduct customized training over-the-shoulder, remotely via email or phone, or within classroom settings. Support pre-deployment preparations, Supply Management Inspections (SMI), Supply Management Assessments (SMA), Post-SMA Training events and/or specific topics as needed. Monitor and update R-Supply (Unit Level) training curriculum and facilitate the conduct of R-Supply training seminars for LS personnel within NECC. Conduct seminars covering all aspects of R-Supply used by Logistics Specialists within NECC. Qualifications
Required:
Must have a current DoD SECRET Security Clearance to qualify. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline. As a substitute, eight years of hands-on Navy automated supply/maintenance management experience may be used. Navy schools training related to the degree substitute is considered hands-on experience. Seven to nine years (eight years preferred) of experience in Navy automated supply, logistics, inventory management, financial management, and the functionality of automated supply systems. Extensive experience in automated supply management system NTCSS (R-Supply Unit Level) software from a Stock Control manager perspective to analyze various file conditions. Expert level knowledge of MS Office Suite (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Desired:
Familiarity with NECC Navy Supply and maintenance relationships, organizations, and management databases within NECC. Experience as a former U.S. Navy Chief/Senior Chief Logistics Specialist with tours within EOD or Coastal Riverine communities, or onboard FFG/DDG/CG class Navy ships. Strong understanding of OMMS-NG configuration and ILS support processes (ASIs, ACRs, FCFBRs) to build relationships within R-Supply. Excellent verbal and writing skills for training and representation within NECCPAC leadership. What You Can Expect
