Customer Experience — drive exceptional customer service and engagement. Drives Sales — analyze the business and contribute to sales results. OMNI Channel Fulfillment — support seamless omnichannel operations. Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision — maintain presentation and supervise sales floor activities. Store & Stockroom Operations — oversee daily store operations and stock processes. Staffing, Scheduling, and Payroll Management — support staffing and scheduling needs. Training and Development — lead training and development for team members. Communication — facilitate clear communication within the store team. Asset Protection — support loss prevention and asset protection efforts. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role Strong problem-solving skills Ability to perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment Team building skills Self-starter Strong interpersonal and communication skills Drive to achieve results Adaptability / Flexibility Multi-tasking Fashion interest & knowledge What You’ll Get / Benefits
