TSMC AZ Job Summary As a Production Support Engineer, you will oversee activities supporting production, manage a team of technicians, handle multiple projects, and ensure smooth daily operations at Key-In Center and MFG Training. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, a customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and be data-driven with project management capabilities. Responsibilities also include coordinating events such as customer visits, audits, PR events, and other gatherings. Essential Functions
Team Lead & Process Management Direct and lead a team of technicians for Key-In Center and MFG Training activities. Manage clean room operations, material management, auditing, training, protocol enforcement, fab tours, and event planning. Assign tasks, guide team members, and monitor performance. Collaborate with HR on recruiting and retention for MFG Direct Labor. Ensure training requirements align with company and department goals. Develop training programs and enhance on-the-job training. Production Support & Coordination Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to support FAB needs. Participate in yearly budget planning and inventory management. Work with Quality to ensure materials and furniture meet standards. Analyze processes for improvements and cost optimization. Manage fab tours, audits, and serve as the main contact for production support. Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead multiple projects with overlapping deadlines. Coordinate with production, engineering, and other teams to meet support needs. Address training and development needs with production leaders. Provide support and solutions for internal customer issues. Plan and support company or community engagement events. Required Qualifications
Legally eligible to work in the US. Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Operations Management, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related fields. Understanding of operational processes and project management. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make decisions. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Working Environment & Physical Requirements
Work in a clean room environment with proper attire. Extensive computer work in an office setting. Visual acuity and manual dexterity for technical tasks. Ability to perform duties with or without accommodations. Benefits
