Gilbane is seeking a Supply Chain Professional II that is a project-driven contributor responsible for strategic sourcing and procurement. In addition to sourcing, this professional will collect data and report on supplier performance against established KPI’s, and track compliance with all spend initiatives. This role is open to any location local to a Gilbane office.

Responsibilities
Spearheads new supplier identification, qualification, outreach, and enablement of new vendor opportunities
Coordinates custom bidding events and procurement of materials and services
Supports vendor performance tracking
Ensures compliance requirements in partnership with vendors
Participates in pricing and terms negotiations across multiple suppliers in a category
Manages discrepancy reconciliation with vendors
Creates and maintains price contracts
Provides help desk services to internal customers
Provides periodic systems training to internal customers and suppliers
Provides ad-hoc reporting, analysis and completes special projects as assigned
Supports the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process by coordinating contract submissions to Legal, tracking contract progress within internal systems, facilitating communication between internal stakeholders and suppliers to address comments and revisions, and monitoring existing agreements to initiate timely renewal outreach
Experience / Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or related field
1-4 years of Supply Chain related experience
CPSM certification preferred
Or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
Ability to extract, scrub and format raw data exports
Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Ability to delegate tasks
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
Knowledge of eProcurement or P2P Solutions preferred
Salary / Employment Details Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as internal equity and alignment with the team. The pay ranges from $64,200.00 - $112,900.00 plus benefits and retirement program. This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office.
