Long-Term Contract Our client is looking to hire a Right of Way Specialist to join their team in Bloomington, MN. The Right of Way Specialist's responsibilities include: The Staff Right of Way Specialist will perform duties in land acquisitions, negotiations, property research, titles, and surveys. This includes permitting activities, construction coordination, and restoration on Right of Way projects. Analyze, prepare, review, and interpret Land and Right of Way related agreements, deeds, easements, leases, permits, and licenses. Research and collect real property project documents. Translate data from Right of Way documents into the stakeholder management database. Perform quality assurance reviews of database entries from field agents. Present technical data to the project team. Prepare and submit permit applications. Prepare project status, technical, and acquisition reports. Manage documents, meeting agendas, and other project activities. Assist with subcontractor management, including reviewing contracts, invoices, and change orders. Participate in public involvement meetings. Perform project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and establish project objectives. Ensure safety policy compliance. Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to policies and standards. Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related field with 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience as outlined. Ability to read and understand title, appraisal reports, and land surveys. Knowledge of real estate law and title work. Effective team work, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management. Valid driver's license and meet company vehicle policy standards. Preferred: SR/WA designation, Real Estate Broker or Sales License.
