We are currently seeking a Project Manager to help support and drive our explosive growth. This role guides projects from inception through commercialization across multiple product categories and supports strategic projects across the organization. The ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the company and with external partners, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and assess and elevate risk while remaining a calm, steady presence is key to success. Primary responsibilities

Own management of projects:

Lead the planning, tracking and execution of projects across the organization. Establish cross-functional alignment, clear execution roadmaps, resource requirements and project deliverables while ensuring projects meet established business needs. Lead project meetings:

Ensure all functions are aligned on project status and next steps; highlight and mitigate risk; identify project conflicts and escalate as needed. Manage project timelines:

Create, update, and report on project timelines across projects with multiple complexities and durations. Experience using Wrike is a plus. Cross-functional collaboration:

Act as the hub for packaging, marketing, supply chain, finance, and sales teams. This role requires 3 days/week in office. Qualifications

Required: 5+ years of relevant experience in CPG project management in a large-sized consumer business (personal care, cosmetics experience preferred). Proven track record of embracing and supporting change management and continuous improvement with a high level of detail. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Natural collaborator who builds strong cross-functional relationships at all levels, particularly with manufacturing partners. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and continually bring new thinking to outpace the competition. Preferred: A 4-year bachelor’s or comparable degree, or equivalent experience. Project Management certification: nice to have but not required. Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external partners. Self-starter with strong prioritization and follow-up skills. Duke Cannon offers a competitive market salary and bonus based on role and experience. Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000. Benefits include health & dental insurance, HSA, 401(k) with company contributions, tuition reimbursement, and a monthly parking stipend. We host monthly team camaraderie events and Lunch & Learns.
