Onsite, Kings Bay, GA Job Overview Trias Construction is seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Project Manager (Part-Time/Contract) to oversee and lead commercial construction projects on a part-time, per-project basis. This position is ideal for a seasoned professional-near retirement or semi-retired-who is still passionate about construction and wants to stay active in the field. With 30+ years of hands-on superintendent experience, the ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of commercial construction, strong field leadership, and, ideally, experience in public or federal contract environments. Each project typically lasts 6-8 weeks, with 2-5 projects available annually. Lead all on-site construction activities for assigned projects from mobilization to close-out. Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety protocols. Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and schedules. Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, site photos, and reports. Proactively identify and resolve job site issues to maintain timelines and quality standards. Serve as the primary field representative for client communications and project updates. Work collaboratively with project managers to ensure schedule, cost, and quality expectations are met. Represent Trias Construction professionally to all stakeholders, vendors, and clients. Qualifications
30+ years of superintendent or senior construction management experience, preferably in commercial and public/federal projects. Proven track record of successfully managing complex job sites. Deep knowledge of construction practices, codes, and standards. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Comfortable working on a project-by-project basis with 6-8 week duration per job. Ideal for semi-retired professionals who want to stay engaged in meaningful projects. Must be a US Citizen with No Felonies (no exceptions) Benefits

Weekly Pay: $1,730 - $2,115 Performance-Based Bonuses Paid per project with consistent opportunities throughout the year
