We’re seeking a Project Manager to work with our Wastewater Clients from our Milwaukee, WI or Madison, WI office. You’ll grow your career by leading our project teams to provide innovative and sustainable solutions for our Clients.
Responsibilities
You’ll play an integral role in leading and mentoring staff, forming long-term relationships with clients and pursuing new work, including strategy development, positioning, proposing, and negotiating contracts. You’ll be a part of diverse multi-discipline teams, allowing you to both share what you know, as well as learn, so you can grow. Bachelor’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering. Extensive project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects (planning, design, and construction) - Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams Demonstrated understanding of municipal wastewater treatment processes and technologies Multi-discipline design management experience Strong communication skills, both written and oral Self-motivated, initiator; demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and to win work Professional Engineer (PE) License in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain within 6 months Ideally, You’ll Also Have
More than 15 years project management experience for municipal wastewater treatment projects (planning, design, and construction) Willingness to work with and mentor younger staff to develop their project management skills Experience with process mechanical design and willingness to perform as the discipline lead role on an as-needed basis Master’s Degree in civil, environmental, chemical, or mechanical engineering.
