What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and manage large-scale communication system projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget

Oversee project phases and develop comprehensive project plans using PM tools

Direct and coordinate project team activities to achieve project objectives

Maintain direct communication with customers and senior stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure effective management of project constraints, including quality, cost, and time

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of project/program management or related business experience, or 8 years of relevant experience

Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

Must be a self-motivated team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

PM Masters Certificate is a plus; PMP certification is highly desired

Experience with public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil construction, or IT networks

Understanding of two-way radio/cellular infrastructure communications products, services, and systems
