What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the implementation of communication system projects, ensuring delivery on schedule and within budget.
Utilize project management tools to analyze complex issues and develop effective resolutions.
Manage project budgets, track variances, and develop action plans as needed.
Direct and coordinate the work activities of project teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Ensure proper management of project constraints including quality, cost, and time.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of project/program management or similar business experience, or 8 years of relevant experience.
Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Must be a self‑motivated team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PM Masters Certificate and PMP certification highly desired.
Experience with public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil construction, or IT networks.
Demonstrated expertise in at least two areas of PMBOK project management.
Experience in overseeing the development of comprehensive project plans.
Strong understanding of two‑way radio/cellular infrastructure communications products and services.
