What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the implementation of Communication System Projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget
Utilize project management tools to analyze complex issues and develop resolutions
Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and maintain customer satisfaction
Conduct project reviews and maintain direct communication with the customer’s organization and internal stakeholders
Manage the financial health of all assigned projects, ensuring quality, cost, and time constraints are met
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of project/program management or similar business experience, or 8 years of relevant experience
Ability to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PM Masters Certificate or PMP certification highly desired
Experience with public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil construction, or IT networks
Strong understanding of two-way radio/cellular infrastructure communications products and systems
