What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the implementation of communication system projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget
Utilize PM tools to analyze complex issues and develop effective resolutions
Allocate necessary resources to meet project objectives and customer satisfaction goals
Conduct project reviews and maintain direct communication with customers and stakeholders
Manage project budgets, track variances, and implement action plans as needed
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of project/program management or similar business experience, or 8 years of relevant experience
Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
PM Masters Certificate or PMP certification highly desired
Experience with public safety communications systems, cellular infrastructure, military communications, civil construction, or IT networks
Understanding of two-way radio/cellular infrastructure communications products and services
