Senior Transformation Advisor TriHealth

is seeking a forward‑thinking internal consultant to serve as a strategic partner across the organization. In this role, you’ll lead high‑impact projects aligned with our five strategic pillars—people, growth, service, quality, and finance—and apply advanced process‑improvement, project‑management, and change‑leadership tools to drive meaningful transformation.

Job Overview As Senior Transformation Advisor, you will be an internal consultant to management, staff, and physicians, supporting projects and programs that align with TriHealth’s five strategic pillars. You will manage multiple initiatives, ensuring timely execution, deliverable management, and consistent professionalism. Your technical expertise will include Lean, Six‑Sigma, IHI Improvement Model, and project‑management software.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project and change‑management planning, including scope definition, charters, work plans, and progress tracking.

Facilitate process‑improvement events such as Value Stream Mapping, Time Studies, Kaizen events, and Rapid Improvement workshops.

Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities in quality, safety, flow, inventory control, and standardization.

Develop and monitor operational performance metrics, including key performance indicators that evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, quality, safety, and cost.

Mentor and coach teams on Lean principles, change‑management approaches, and performance‑analysis techniques.

Escalate risks and barriers that threaten timely project completion, facilitating resolution with appropriate stakeholders.

Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, ensuring alignment with TriHealth values and behaviors.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required (equivalent experience may substitute).

4–5 years of professional experience in healthcare, business, operations, or consulting (advanced degree may offset up to two years).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; strong analytical skills.

Preferred certifications: PMP, Six‑Sigma, Lean, or similar.

Experience in process improvement, project management, and organizational development.

Working Conditions Typical work includes frequent sitting, occasional standing, and light lifting (≤10 lbs). The role may require variable hours to coordinate with cross‑functional teams. Working environment is a standard office setting with moderate noise levels. Employees must comply with TriHealth’s safety and security policies.
