Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts, including complex account types Conduct sales and service conversations to identify financial goals and lending needs Achieve personal sales goals by cross-selling TDECU products and services Resolve member issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Stay informed on digital banking trends and mitigate risks to enhance member security What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience Minimum of three years of experience in member service, banking, new accounts, and lending Strong attention to detail and ability to document information accurately Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a commitment to delivering world-class service Proficiency in using a ten-key calculator and computer keyboard by touch How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Additional training in banking, loans, or new accounts Experience in coaching and mentoring newer team members Proven ability to generate innovative solutions to member service challenges Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development Ability to conduct growth-focused, sales-driven conversations effectively #CreditUnion #MemberService #CareerGrowth #Teamwork #CommunityDevelopment
