Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr – $75,000.00/yr Position Summary
The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of PSI (Park Street Inn) and PSR (Park Street Residence). The role provides supervision and guidance to case managers, supports effective staff-client interactions, coordinates client care, and maintains effective communication with funders and community partners. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. 3 years related experience. Valid Connecticut Driver’s License. Orientation
All new hires are required to attend a two (2) day mandatory New Hire Orientation at the Connection’s Roscommon office located in Middletown. Benefits
