Our mission is to help the world share its risk more intelligently to power a more vibrant economy and transform insurance distribution and underwriting into a science. We are building a digital marketplace for risk and applying it at the center of Acrisure, a privately held company recognized as one of the world's top 10 insurance brokerages and the fastest growing globally. We aim to convert data into predictions, insights, and choices to scale, expand scope, and accelerate learning in the insurance industry. The Role As a Principal Product Manager, you will own and drive world-class customer experiences throughout the software lifecycle. You will serve as a product owner within an agile scrum team to prioritize the backlog and work on the most impactful features. You are customer-centric, demonstrate strategic and analytical abilities, and are laser focused on execution. This role involves partnering with diverse cross-functional teams to lead, execute, monitor, and deliver results in a matrix environment where collaboration with cross-functional partners is positive, productive, and transparent. Here are some of the ways in which you’ll achieve impact: Understand Acrisure Innovation’s strategic and competitive position to deliver products that are recognized best in class Use UX Research and Data to identify and prioritize product opportunities Be a leader - help shape the company product strategy and inspire others to execute on it Own the Roadmap - from long-term vision to short-term execution plans Drive product development to build end-to-end solutions with a team of designers, engineers, and analysts Serve as a product owner within an agile scrum team, write user stories, prioritize the product backlog, and work closely with engineers and designers Create a deep understanding of customers and analyze experiences to define friction points and create seamless experiences Define launch outcomes and ongoing product performance to build best-in-class experiences Work with the Success team to craft and execute launch plans Build strong and effective relationships with peers and cross-functional teams and provide leadership across product, engineering, and business groups You may be fit for this role if you have: A strong sense of end-user empathy and curiosity about a fascinating business domain Strong ability to translate product needs to technology. Detail-oriented, able to handle technical detail, committed to flawless execution Ability to move up the learning curve quickly Ability to participate in technical discussions and help make technical trade-offs Experience working with AI-driven products Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team player with the ability to develop relationships and collaborate at all levels Maintain a high level of integrity and good judgment Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience Location: Austin, TX (onsite four days a week)
