Overview: Media.net is seeking a skilled and proactive Manager of Client Success to join our team. This role will be instrumental in developing and maintaining client relationships with advertising agencies, holding companies, and key account teams representing top global brands. The ideal candidate will quarterback the post-sale process, strategize on pre-sale efforts, and manage cross-functional collaboration to meet client expectations and drive campaign success. This role requires someone who is not only client-focused but also revenue-minded, with a talent for connecting all aspects of account management back to our goals of deepening partnerships, expanding client investments, and building larger, longer-lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities: Client & Campaign Management : Act as the main point of contact post-sale, managing all client correspondence, internal strategy, and execution to ensure seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction. Strategic Planning & Solution Development : Lead pre-sale and post-sale strategy calls, develop custom solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure tailored, impactful client experiences. Campaign Execution & Optimization : Oversee end-to-end campaign management from RFP to wrap reports, work closely with the Account Management team to monitor performance, optimize delivery, and meet campaign goals. Performance Reporting & Communication : Lead the preparation and presentation of performance reports, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for mid-campaign adjustments and wrap-up analysis. Internal & External Collaboration : Work closely with the Buyer Development and Account Management teams to align on client expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure “white glove” service through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Project Management & Risk Assessment : Serve as the internal expert on assigned clients, managing optimizations, tracking potential risks, and communicating any challenges that may impact campaign success. Revenue Growth & Partnership Expansion : Drive the growth of client accounts by identifying new opportunities and positioning Media.net’s products in ways that address client needs, thus fostering larger and more lasting partnerships. Actively seek ways to enhance account value, strengthen client loyalty, and create upsell opportunities that contribute to long-term revenue goals. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in media buying, programmatic advertising, or agency account management Exceptional communication, writing, and project management skills Proficiency in Google Slides and PowerPoint with a strong client service orientation Ability to lead internal and external calls, manage expectations effectively, and deliver a high level of client service Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven, with experience in optimizing campaigns to achieve revenue and engagement goals What Success Looks Like: Deliver high levels of client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships Meet or exceed campaign performance and revenue goals through proactive account management Foster strong internal collaboration to optimize campaign outcomes and elevate Media.net’s product offerings Compensation and Benefits: Base Compensation Range: $75,000- $105,000 As required by law, the salary range stated above represents Media.net's reasonable estimate of the base salary associated with this position. The final salary offered may differ based on objective factors including experience, expertise, skills, and qualifications. Additionally, Media.net provides a bonus and a comprehensive benefits package in addition to the base salary.
