Serve as the front-facing HR resource for associates regarding various HR administrative requirements
Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of interactions and resolutions
What is Required
High school graduate
Strong oral and written communication skills for business correspondence
Analytical skills to assess and resolve issues effectively
Customer-focused mindset with experience in contact centers
Proficiency in utilizing Workday and ticketing tools
How to Stand Out
Previous experience in HR or benefits administration
Familiarity with HR Help Center operations
Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
