Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Product Strategy for Ecommerce Integrations within Live Nation’s Media & Sponsorship Division. The successful candidate will walk the line between strategic partner integrations (external) and product strategy (internal) without missing a beat. THE JOB
The Manager, Product Strategy for Ecommerce Integrations serves as the primary subject matter expert, supporting sales and marketing teams while liaising with the LNE Product & Engineering groups that build any/all integrations. Key responsibilities include: Serve as the product point of contact for commercial teams while projects are in initial stages of deal definition Facilitate product discovery in collaboration with the TM Sponsorship Group Help define and evaluate new Ecommerce partner products ideas, producing upstream product proposals that deliver against clients’ business needs Organize cross-functional working sessions to identify questions and hypotheses to ensure product proposals add value and deliver against client needs Work with sales and brand management teams to assess strategic product frameworks to successfully sell scalable e-comm solutions, and optimize those solutions for performance Stay apprised of market trends, opportunities and shifts in the competitive landscape Maintain and grow partner relationships Transition the project to the TM Sponsorship Group post-SOW signature, heading into Tech Analysis What This Person Will Bring
Key qualifications for this role include: BA Degree required 2-4 years of experience in digital or Ecommerce-focused roles Business acumen and strong client communication skills to assess and drive client objectives, craft and deliver pitches and proposals, and evaluate digital feature performance Experience creating process, building relationships and collaborating across global teams, with the ability to influence various global stakeholders and across organization levels Familiarity with product management best practices such as the software development lifecycle and agile project management Familiarity with product management areas such as API integrations, CMS platforms, UX/UI design, user journey strategy, and performance data analysis Experience with key product and project management tools such as Notion, Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics and Asana required EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY
