The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner reporting to the VP, Human Resources, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role provides guidance on talent management, organizational design, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and culture initiatives with a strong emphasis on leveraging analytics and workforce data to influence decision-making and measure impact. Responsibilities: Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on people management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and development. Use HR metrics and data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and influence people-related decisions. Support performance management cycles, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational expectations. Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive and high-performance culture. Partner with managers on talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and career development initiatives. Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred). 5–8+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience Workday experience or similar HRIS is required. High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Sharepoint) Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI Strong analytics capability: proven experience using HR data, dashboards, and metrics to influence decisions and develop strategies.
