The Role

will collaborate with ODMs, CMs, and key suppliers to drive business and engineering strategies aligned with AMD’s initiatives. This role is central to enabling product development and strengthening AMD’s enterprise platform ecosystem. The Manager will promote AMD technology, oversee EPYC program success, and support industry partners in launching solutions built on AMD EPYC products. In this highly cross-functional position, you’ll work closely with engineering, marketing, finance, legal, and executive teams while engaging directly with ODM/CM partners and component suppliers to ensure seamless program execution. Skilled at building internal and external relationships, influencing stakeholders, and driving outcomes across global supply chains. Responsibilities

Partner with AMD experts to address customer challenges. Conduct technical sessions and design solutions that align with end-user goals. Ensure N+1 development systems meet industry-wide hardware/software requirements. Enable industry partners with tools, reference servers, and pre-production silicon. Manage ODM/CM partners through full project lifecycles (delivery, quality, cost). Drive supplier performance through QBRs, scorecards, and corrective actions. Provide quality oversight in collaboration with AMD Quality & Engineering. Oversee platform allocation and demand balancing across SSG. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations for risk mitigation. Measures of Success

On-time delivery of development systems tied to program milestones. Achievement of QBR performance targets with measurable improvements. Reduction in quality incidents and faster closure of corrective actions. Optimized platform allocation across SSG stakeholders. Strong partner adoption and positive feedback from IHVs, OSVs, ODMs/CMs. Demonstrated cost savings, improved efficiency, and effective risk management. Preferred Experience

Engineering or technical background with customer-facing or partner management expertise. Knowledge of market verticals (cloud, enterprise, OEM/ODM engagement, datacenter). Hardware or software development experience. Proven success managing ODM/CM projects, including quality and QBR processes. Strong presentation skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders. Academic Credentials

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent industry experience), with 10+ years of experience. Benefits
