Role and Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight for the program to ensure effective delivery of IT modernization and support services across all task orders. Supervise technical work ensuring deliverables meet OCC quality, security, and performance requirements. Serve as primary liaison with OCC leadership, contracting officials, and stakeholders; maintain positive client relationships. Lead task order execution by managing schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics; oversee onboarding and communications for successful delivery. Oversee onboarding of Task Order Project Managers and teams; ensure alignment with contract requirements and agency expectations; provide orientation and guidance for rapid ramp-up. Ensure adherence to federal IT policies, OCC standards, and best practices across task orders. Lead program-level planning, reporting, and resource management, including staff utilization and earned value tracking. Define, track, and present KPIs demonstrating operational performance and strategic impact. Support transition planning between incumbents and new task orders; provide input into technical solutioning and staffing for RFQ responses. Collaborate with corporate leadership and capture/proposal teams to support growth opportunities; contribute program insights for RFIs/RFQs. Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of industry best practices in IT service delivery. Mentor and support Project Managers; provide escalation support on value delivery, budget control, scope management, and contract compliance; ensure documentation aligns with PMO and QMS policies. Other relevant duties as assigned and qualified.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 7 years’ experience overseeing large federal government IT modernization programs. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience. Experience managing multi-task, multi-disciplinary IT support contracts for the Federal Government. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent task orders, including technical delivery, cost, and schedule performance. Strong client-facing skills with experience serving as primary POC for federal clients. Knowledge of federal IT policies, procedures, and standards. Experience supporting business development, including technical solutioning and proposal development for federal task orders. Experience supervising and mentoring project managers with alignment to program standards. Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Nice To Have Skills And Experience
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred. Experience managing IT support contracts for Department of the Treasury (preferably OCC).
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $120,000 – $138,000. Offers tend to land near the midpoint, reflecting experience, skills, and internal equity.
