Jensen Infrastructure . What You’ll Be Doing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Materials Manager to direct the activities associated with the management of inventory to maintain optimal supply, including production scheduling, purchasing, inventory control and accuracy, and transactional reporting. Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the inventory/materials team while fostering a positive, collaborative team culture. Manage inventory replenishment activities with precision, using tools such as Material Resource Planning (MRP), Kanban, Order Point, or other methods agreed upon by leadership. Develop, facilitate and maintain a perpetual production schedule to balance optimal inventory levels with customer demand and make-to-order requirements. Ensure accurate execution of inventory transaction records, including raw material and labor issues, purchase order receipts, shop order receipts, and finished goods movements and shipments. Create, document, and deliver training on transactional processes; conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and lead continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor material variances to identify waste or inefficiencies, investigate root causes, recommend actionable solutions, and implement corrective measures. Maintain data integrity for all inventory-related elements, including parts, BOMs, standard costs, and on-hand stock levels. Lead formal audits of inventory data, production planning information, BOMs, and costing structures to ensure ongoing accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or building materials environment with progressively more responsible supervisory and management experience. APICS CPIM certification (or expected within 18 months of starting). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). Previous experience in cost accounting is helpful. About Jensen Infrastructure

Salary range: Jensen considers a wide variety of factors in determining compensation, including job-related knowledge, skill, experience, education and training, certifications, and other relevant factors. Jensen Infrastructure offers competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, PTO, and 401k. The role may be eligible to participate in the Jensen Infrastructure Short-Term, annual incentive program.
