Utilizes background in construction, aviation, engineering or design to integrate into client organizations with ease. Adapt to changing dynamics and balance new client initiatives. Understand the organizational requirements of delivering construction projects in an airport environment. Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to develop front-end budgets, schedules, risk logs and other reports. Act as primary daily contact to client, contractors and consultants as owner representative. Facilitate front-end definition of scope of work in coordination with client stakeholders. Create and execute project execution plans and revise as needed to meet changing requirements. Utilizetechnology tools to create reporting, dashboards and analyze data for process improvements. Communicate effectively to drive improvements client-side; present and pitch ideas as needed. Implement project review and quality assurance procedures per AtkinsRéalis methodology to ensure profitable and successful engagements as measured by regional goals and customer satisfaction. Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing to client. Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Architecture, Engineering or related field; minimum 5 years of relevant experience. 10 years of experience with large project administration and management, with emphasis on work at campus or large facilities. Aviation experience and/or material handling equipment/baggage equipment experience a plus. PMI PMP or LEED Accreditation (LEED AP) or CCM (CMAA) is a plus. Proficient in project management applications and the full Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); working knowledge of ePM tools. Learning and development programs, training, career opportunities and tuition reimbursement programs. Strong problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills; ability to present effectively. Experience in Aviation, Commercial Real-Estate, Facility Management markets. Experience managing interior renovations, retail, and/or concession projects within the aviation environment is highly desirable; ground-up projects within aviation are also desirable. Experience delivering aviation or commercial programs within the Metropolitan Washington DC area; other airport sites are desirable. Strong understanding of Project Management, building design and construction processes, budgets, and financials. Ability to pass security screening to obtain an access badge from Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority and/or Maryland Aviation Administration. Employment offers contingent on successful badging. Proficient in Information Technology performance including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; familiarity with BlueBeam. What We Offer

Expected compensation range is between $120,000 - $155,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and location. Notes
