Clinical Quality Specialist

The role upholds the Code of Ethical Conduct, fosters positive relationships within the company, and processes Home Health Director of Clinical Services workflows while ensuring accurate entry of all Start of Episode and OASIS forms for patient charts. Responsibilities

Complete or review all client medical records regarding OASIS. Execute all OASIS reviews on a timely basis. Assure compliance with OASIS time frames as required by law. Complete OASIS activities in conjunction with field staff. Review and process the Home Health Director of Clinical Services workflow as assigned, including tasks related to start and resumption of episode, OASIS review and utilization. Perform other duties as assigned. Education & Experience

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. One year experience in home health care required. QA experience in home health care preferred. Prior experience with Home Care Home Base strongly preferred. Skills

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute rate, ratio, percentage. Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communications, ability to read, analyze, interpret business periodicals, technical procedures, or regulations. Other Skills: Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English; articulate hospice philosophy. Certifications, Licenses & Registrations

Active, unencumbered Multistate Compact Registered Nurse license required. Current COS‑C certification required at hire or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Physical Demands & Work Environment

Essential functions include regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity. Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds, visual acuity for close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Adaptations may be made for disabilities. Compensation

Base salary $80,000–$90,000. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, and bonus opportunities. Benefits
