Driven by Enovis’ desire to create innovative products that help improve quality of life and restore movement to those suffering from degenerative arthritis, Enovis Surgical provides orthopedic surgeons with modern, patient‑focused solutions for total joint arthroplasty. Enovis Surgical offers surgeons and their patients a full range of primary and revision implants for hip, knee, shoulder, and elbow reconstructive joint surgeries, in addition to the tools and digital health technology needed in today’s changing healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

Product development

Manage product development initiatives to ensure products are launched that meet customer needs and market demands. Manage all aspects of new product introductions, including developing and communicating launch packages, collaterals, and plans with the partnership of the downstream marketing team.

Developing and maintaining strategic plans for current and future development of product lines inclusive of Enabling Technologies

Creation of business plans in support for implementing projects and strategic initiatives.

Product line management and strategy

Executing primary and secondary market research to develop cohesive market landscape and opportunity assessments in the segment. Understand competitive environment and develop appropriate product positioning. Create competitive matrices and selling strategies. Support market managers to develop long‑term product strategies and road maps. Recommend new product introductions and product rationalization opportunities. Research and assess market opportunities for new product ideas. Provide monthly product forecasts to operations to support sales and operations planning. Collaborate with sales operations, manufacturing, quality, and engineering, medical education, legal, regulatory affairs, sales training departments is required to enhance or improve existing products. Assist with identifying and coordinating efforts with our surgeon KOLs. Developing and maintaining a high level of product category technical expertise through staying current with industry publications and interacting with key customers of product responsibility by observing surgery and attending medical/scientific meetings, presentations, and seminars.

Channel support

Develop and update product line cross‑references based on input and collaboration with sales operations team. Develop and maintain list pricing and field discount guidelines. Develop sales support tools in collaboration with sales operations team.

Other

Special projects, such as researching trends, developing reports, and other projects as required from time to time.

Minimum Basic Qualifications

BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field Minimum of 8 years related experience in successful marketing roles in the medical device industry Travel Requirements

Travel up to 40%, as reasonably requested. Primarily domestic, some international travel required to gather VOC and educate customers/salespeople, attend and coordinate trade shows, training programs, surgeon meetings and other related travel to maintain subject matter expertise and drive forward strategic initiatives. Desired Characteristics

Orthopaedic experience preferred, Total / Revision Hip Arthroplasty experience highly favored Experience in product management/strategic marketing Product launch experience Self‑starter - comfortable executing through ambiguity and delivering on commitments with limited supervision. Enabling Tech experience a plus Must be comfortable in operating rooms/cadaver lab settings Demonstrated implementation of marketing principles, superior project management skills, and excellent communication skills. As this is a high‑paced, growth environment, need to be comfortable taking charge of multiple products at one time Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Analytical, Entrepreneurial, Cross‑functional collaboration, Process & Continuous improvement Benefits
